Reflection time/return

It can happen that you want to return your order to us. Maybe you don’t like the product or maybe there is another reason why you don’t want to keep the product. No matter the reason, you always have the right to cancel your order without giving an explanation within 14 days after receiving the product.

 

After cancelling your order, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. You will be reimbursed the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for returning the item to us however, have to be paid by yourself. This will be around €7,25 (NL) or €9 (BE/LUX) per package, depending on the courier you use. For a more precise estimate, check the website of your courier. When you are using your right of cancellation, you will have to return the product to us, including all accessories and in it’s original packaging. To use your rights, please contact us at info@electricenergy.nl. We in turn will reimburse the full order amount within 14 days of receiving your return notice, given that we have received the product in good order.

 

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than needed to try it out, we can pass on the depreciation of the product to you. Unfortunately we cannot take back products that have been opened. Treat the product with care and make sure you pack it well when you return it to us.

 

Exchanging a product?

Do you want to exchange the product you received? That’s no problem at all. Please contact us at info@electricenergy.nl. Do keep in mind that you will have to pay for returning the product to us.

 

I have given the wrong shipping address!

Have you accidentally gave us the wrong shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.
